ENTRANCE:  
 A wooden gate with swinging half doors, with a famous casino
   name written on it.
 A reception table with a lady hostess who would distribute the    counters, which can be exchanged at the casino tables inside.
 A dartboard on one side, the guests would be told to throw a
   dart, it has the bull's eye then he would get free counters to
   play.

D.J with illuminated floor with    special lights, fog machines etc.Or
A Live Band with sound system. Or
A Belly dancer who shall perform    5-6 items. Or
A Dance troupe of boys & Girls to
   do salsa, jazz, etc.
